One-day project in Rathenow, Brandenburg
Funded by the Robert Bosch Foundation
At the center of interest of the first conference – at the same time the kick-off event of the Women’s Week in Westhavelland – was the promotion of the cooperation of new immigrants with representatives of the city and associations. Newly immigrated women had the opportunity to address everyday challenges (in particular lack of childcare, housing, opportunities for participation) and experiences of structural discrimination. Subsequently, solutions were developed together.
